Standards

Cross-workstream conventions that don't belong to a single runbook.

• Naming conventions — see A1 — Account structure + naming conventions.
• Brand config — never hardcode DN pixel IDs, campaign IDs, or account IDs inline in a runbook. They live in an external config the runbook references by name, never by value. This is what stops Heist and Sabrini silently inheriting DN's values when a runbook gets reused.
• QA definitions of done — each card template (Trello) carries its own evidence-based checklist; see J2 — How to self-QA your own work for the general standard and the workstream runbooks (B5, C3, D4, etc.) for the per-deliverable ones.
